Dr. Letitia Archuleta

Earned her FAA Medical Examiner Designation in 1999.

She is a student glider pilot, and is married to a Commercial Single and Multi Engine Airplane rated pilot.

Dr. Swithin Chandler

Become a CAA examiner in 1947, and has been an FAA Medical Examiner for almost 40 years. He is currently retired from Aviation Medicine but still continues to see family medicine patients.

He is a Commercial Single and Multi Engine Airplane rated pilot with Helicopter privileges.

We are a specialty medical clinic serving student and licensed pilots who need Medical Certification by the FAA.

The office was originally setup in Salt Lake City by Dr. Chandler in the 1970’s.

Dr. Archuleta started assisting Doc Chandler in 2008. The office is now her primary location for conducting FAA Medical examinations.
