AND FILL OUT YOUR EXAM INFORMATION




Due to upcoming changes at the FAA,

the Medical Examination Form (8500-8)

you are accustomed to completing by hand

will no longer be available.



You Will Need to Complete Your Application

at the FAA Medxpress Website


Follow our instructions on this page to start the process or go directly to:  medxpress.faa.gov


It is important that you bring a printout of your online application (that shows your confirmation number) with you when you arrive for your exam.


Our office will NOT be able to access your exam without the confirmation number.
